sCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

How to Schedule Your Appointment:

Call Parkridge at either location to set up your appointment.

                               806-794-8555 ( 79th & Slide Location)
                               806-780-8555 ( 20th & Memphis Location)


On 79th Street, we schedule our last appointment at :
                              4 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at
                               6 pm on Monday and Thursday
.

On 20th Street, schedule our last appointment at:
                               4 pm on Monday through Thursday
                              

In order to effectively serve all of our clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.



Preparing for Your Visit:

At your first appointment at Parkridge, you will be asked to complete a client intake form and health history. It is helpful if you know the first day of your last period. At Parkridge, our desire is to provide hassle-free, no-cost services in a convenient, confidential atmosphere.


Length of Appointment:

Please plan to arrive on time to fill out paperwork. Initial appointments vary according to services needed. Typically, the first appointment will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
